Limited License: We grant you a non-exclusive, limited license to use our Cooper branding, and subsequent Intellectual Property, as detailed within the latest up to date Cooper Brand Guidelines (CBG). The latest CBG can be located on the Web Site Brand Portal account page.. All Intellectual Property on the Web Site, or in the CBG, shall remain the property of Cooper, and your use of the branding shall solely be in accordance with the specific instructions of Cooper, whether instructed through the Web Site or the CBG. For the avoidance of doubt, you cannot alter, amend, repurpose or modify any aspect of the Cooper branding that is not in alignment with the CBG or Cooper’s instructions.  If you are unsure whether your use of Cooper Branding may be in breach of these Terms of Service, you are required to get in contact with us to discuss your proposed use and whether it is in line with the CBG and your limited license.
